Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls is actually made up of three waterfalls: the American Falls, the Horseshoe Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls. As I rush to the rail and look over the edge – I gasp!

I am terribly excited to finally be here. As a child, I learned of the Falls that embodied the power of the element of Water, and I had always hoped to visit one day. It is my goal to gather a scant amount of water from the river and take it home to place in one of the quarters of my altar.

A view of American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Maid of the Mists. These wonderful boats travel from calm water to the rougher water beneath the Falls.

Scenic Caves from a viewing platform. The tunnels behind the Falls are pretty well cut out and wide enough for several people to walk through.

The Undines and Gnomes meet at the base of Niagara Falls. Truly, this is one of the greatest elemental wonders of our world.

Coming into the area of the falls, I can hear a thunderous sound – a deep roar that seems to surround me from all directions.

The helicopter ride would be first – I wouldn’t want to miss any part of this majestic expression of the Water element.
